Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This policy is subject to change depending on the dates.

Rates
Service charges for meal include 15% meals tips, taxes are extra. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservations
When booking your stay with us, we automatically charge the first night. If your stay is longer than one night, we will only charge for one night before arrival.
​
Domestic Animals
An additional charge of $50 per day is applicable, taxes are extra. Dogs/Cats only. Must book a room without carpet and must mention you pet during your reservation.

Arrival
Rooms are available as of 4pm.
​
Departure
Rooms must be freed for 11am.
​
Non-Smoking policy
The hotel is entirely non-smoking.
​
Dining Room
As a courtesy for our hosts, a semi-formal attire is required in the evening.The opening hours of the dining room vary.

Accepted Credit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, Interac.

Package Rates
No reduction will be applied to unused portions of your meal package and/or activities that were unattended during your stay.

Additional Person Rates
0 - 11 years: free
Children (0 to 11 y/o) must share their parent’s room.
3rd and 4th adults (12 y/o +): extra $25 plus tax/person/per night
Meals are extra (à la carte and/or children's menu). Deposit is non-refundable.

Health Centre / Spa
The choice of services is subject to availability. Reservations are required in advance for all treatments.
* A 50% credit card deposit is required at the time of reservation.
Please allow at least 72 hours (3 days) for a cancellation or to change the date of your activity.
The deposit will be refunded in case of illness.
