Responsibilities:
• Prepare your work cart with the necessary tools and supplies
• Prepare the room for the guest's arrival, ensuring that it is spotless.
• Change bedding and remake beds with clean sheets
• Clean bathrooms and sanitary facilities using appropriate products
• Remove garbage and empty garbage cans to ensure optimum hygiene

Job Description: Under the authority of the Sales & Marketing Director, the coordinator's main function is to assist the sales department.
Job Description:
• Promote and sell hotel products and services to designated markets.
• Group reservations (amenity groups and convention groups) in the system.
• Drafting of group contracts, conditions, arrival lists, meals, meeting spaces and baggage handling and follow-up with the departments concerned
• Make the arrival list for the current week.

The Sales Director is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating all promotional and business development activities of the hotel to attract customers for the purchase of products and services. They develop and implement sales plans, supervise, motivate, and support the sales team in all department activities to maximize revenue and contribute to the strategic mission of the establishment.
