Brunch: 8am to 1pm (Saturday and Sunday)
Morning: 7am to 10am (Wednesday to Friday)
Lunch: 11:30 am to 1:30 pm (Wednesday to Friday)
Evening: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Wednesday to Sunday)

Lac Carling’s catering service supports weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations held on site. Menus are tailored to the format of each event, whether it’s a plated dinner, a cocktail reception, or a fully customized experience.
Each proposal is thoughtfully designed around your needs and the flow of your event, with special attention given to service quality and the overall guest experience.
