Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy applies to any reservation made at the Lac Carling hotel. Its purpose is to specify the terms of cancellation, modification and refund.
At the time of booking, 50% of the total amount of the stay is taken in order to guarantee the room. The rest of the stay is charged 2 days before the client’s arrival. Each payment is non-refundable.
Any cancellation will incur the following fees:
In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Changes (change of dates, type of room, length of stay, etc.) are possible under the following conditions:
- Changes must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.
- Any changes are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
- Changes made after the deadline may result in additional fees.
For special offers, promotions or non-refundable rates specific rules may apply.
To cancel or modify your reservation, you must contact us by one of the following means:

All requests must include:
- Customer Full Name
- Reservation Number
- Dates of stay
- Reason for cancellation or change (optional)
If you made your reservation with an external company (Expedia, Booking, AirBnB...) you will need to contact them directly whether to cancel or modify.
If a refund is applicable, it will be made according to the terms of the company.
In the event of unforeseeable events or events beyond the control of the client or the establishment (e.g. natural disasters, impossibility to travel, state of emergency), the following conditions may apply:
- Upon presentation of proof, a partial refund may be issued.
- If the stay must be shortened for an urgent situation, only the nights spent in the establishment will be charged, proof required.
This policy is effective since April 27, 2026 and may be updated without notice.
